Shelly was an excellent agent, she understood my unique needs for my company and where we stood. We sold a difficult property and I couldn't be happier with her results. I will add, I will never take a buyer being represented by the same firm. Cressey & Everett's managing broker ignored my calls, and I did not feel like I was being taken care of as a client when the management was involved. I will reiterate, Shelly Horstmann is excellent. She was on top of all timelines and updates. We had a unique and difficult situation through closing and she handled it perfectly. I wish I could say the same for her management.
